The Dunedin Zen Group meets weekly  on meets Thursdays at 7pm at 15 Park St in the Quaker Meeting House.

Christchurch Zen Group

The Christchurch Zen Group meets weekly on Tuesdays at 7pm for a 7.15pm start at Shona's home, 53 Heathcote St, Woolston.

Instruction in Zen meditation is given to newcomers. Sitting cushions are supplied and may be purchased.
