About Sesshin
Once again it is time to enter the sacred space of Sesshin with our fellow Dharma travelers! Mary Jaksch Roshi and Arthur Wells Roshi will lead us as our teachers in this retreat.

This very special and deeply intimate time allows us to completely surrender to our practice, to let go of everyday concerns and turn our awareness instead to the beauty and grace of each moment.

Sesshin, meaning "touching the heart-mind" is an ancient tradition that has been refined and adapted to allow a deep and extended period of intimate awareness that is often hard to find in our busy lives. We encourage you to join with the Sangha as we dive in and share this sacred journey together, supporting and being supported, each in turn.

Our Boundless Heart Sesshin will be online this year as we keep ourselves and the Sangha as safe as we can during this covid outbreak. An online Sesshin also allows for those of us with commitments to join with the Sangha whenever possible during this time and we welcome anyone who can join us for however long. We look forward to joining you in this ancient practice.

There is no cost to attend an online Sesshin. Dana (gift/koha) is traditionally given in appreciation and support of the work our teachers do. Please give whatever feels right for you. Dana can be given to the teachers here:
