Opening the Wellspring of Kindness -A Zen Retreat/Workshop CHRISTCHURCH

Kindness begins with oneself. Then it can be extended to others and radiated throughout the world. This retreat will help to find and open the wellspring of kindness within. Supportive workshops under the guidance of Zen teachers and therapists Mary Jaksch and Arthur Wells will be framed by silent meditation times.
